Verbooze
Verbooze LLC — my own product
Azerbaijan's first gamified English-learning platform: audiobooks, movies with smart subtitles, live duels, A1–C2 grammar and real rewards.
I built Verbooze from zero: a Flutter app for iOS and Android, a Laravel + Python back-end on Ubuntu, FFmpeg video streaming, JitsiMeet online lessons and WebSocket-based live duels with 2D game mechanics. Learners earn hearts for quizzes and exchange them for real gifts — which is why they spend about 45 minutes a day in the app.

Rolex BOKT — non-bank credit organisation, Serbia (remote)
Full rebuild and modernisation of a credit organisation's core system that processes 22M+ transactions per day.
Legacy code refactoring, a redesigned database with proper indexing and relations, transaction monitoring, stronger security protocols, automated tests and CI/CD pipelines. The new architecture runs about ten times faster than the system it replaced.

Digital Ecology · Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources
A single electronic information system for 17 state institutions: registries, workflows, citizen requests and e-document integration.
I led development and mentored the team building the Digital Electronic Unified Information System (REVİS) on Laravel and React. We set up enterprise infrastructure with Docker and GitLab CI/CD, deployed to Aztelekom data centres, integrated with the state e-document (ESD) system and digitalised the citizen-request flow.

World Capoeira Federation platform
World Capoeira Federation — Budapest, Hungary
Membership, tournaments, live scoring, rankings, passports and payments for an international sports federation in 100+ countries.
From online registration and Stripe-based membership dues to automatic draws, bracket systems, referee scoring interfaces and live-stream overlays — the platform ran the entire European Capoeira Championship 2024 in Budapest, from the first round to the final results.

LMS + ERP for 5,000+ students built during the pandemic: online exams, e-assessment, AI proctoring and automatic documents.
When in-person education stopped, the e-university became the only way to run the semester. I designed the back-end architecture and shipped online exams with camera, location and browser monitoring, face recognition, automatic syllabus and transcript generation and real-time reporting dashboards.

Azerbaijan's first online tyre shop with a custom ERP/CRM — market leader for a decade, with top-three Google rankings.
I built the e-commerce site and the internal ERP/CRM from scratch and have run the SEO strategy ever since. The site holds top-three positions for the most competitive industry keywords and generates 25–30K AZN of monthly revenue from organic search alone.

E-commerce platform, web CRM, 1C inventory integration and a GPS-tracked expediter app — running for 7+ years.
A commerce platform integrated with 1C for inventory automation, a mobile app for expediters with real-time order tracking and automatic allocation, GPS tracking built on Arduino hardware, a task-management module, payment gateways and automated invoicing.

A real-estate portal that grew to 25,000 daily visitors, one of seven projects launched in under a year.
High-traffic listing search, agent tools and integrations built on CodeIgniter, tuned for a portal visited by tens of thousands of people every day.
